On her debut album, The Land of My Spirit, LALLADOE invites the listener to a familiar place of womanhood, self-love and acceptance, while sharing her own, unique take on growth, love, and human connection. The 6 track EP features a wide range of live instrumentation and production. With stark contrasts, the project perfectly juxtaposes light and darkness, love and pain, the past and the future, strength and human vulnerability.
Her voice is soothing, powerful, and comes from a place of healing. Her songs are a journey into the soul. She sings about love, about the world today and about life in general.
Her style is in the vein of jazz and neo-soul with a mix of contemporary, pop and world music influences.

Lalla describes her music as the “sound of depth”, an exploration of the complexities found in young adulthood.
